Welcome to the Summer of Love Tour, where Washington Writers’ Publishing House is bringing authors all over the DMV to celebrate our new mini-anthology, Capital Love. These writing salons will reflect the intention of Capital Love, which is the belief that love is the antidote to hate and that love is action, intent, healing, and hope. This event is designed to introduce you to the Washington Writers’ Publishing House community and to raise up our collective voices in literary solidarity.

What to expect in the 2-hour literary salon:

  • A FREE writing workshop led by Caroline Bock, author of Carry Her Home and The Other Beautiful People.
  • Readings from Sid Gold, Cesar Felipe, Alphonso Sito Sasieta, Keshni Washington, Josh Maler, Elizabeth Bruce, Abby Mulvihill, and Therese Doucet.

All events are free and open to the public.
