WWPH WRITES is now open for submissions!
In each bi-weekly issue, we feature one poem and one work of prose (either fiction or creative nonfiction up to 1,000 words) from a writer in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
- Submitting to WWPH WRITES and subscribing are free (see below for subscription sign-up).
- We pay contributors $25.00. If accepted, and if any minor edits are needed, you will work with our editors, Jona Colson or Caroline Bock.
- We currently have 1,500+ subscribers and are growing organically with each issue. We share highlights and links to every issue on our social media and reach many more readers there.

Please note that going forward, reprints from recently published collections will only be considered via direct solicitation from our poetry or prose editor. Please contact us with your pitch at wwphpress @ gmail.com. No self-published books, please.
